What is the Practice of Prayer Labyrinths?

The practice of prayer labyrinths is an embodied prayer that engages your whole self and allows the spirit to rest. It is a path of prayer, a walking meditation, a crucible of change, a watering hole for the spirit and a mirror of the soul.

Ways people engage with this practice:

Processing grief, mourning, seeking clarity or inspiration, wrestling with a question, wanting a quiet space to meditate, celebrating a birth of something/someone new, setting an intention or processing a dream. Really there are endless ways to walk the Labyrinth, there is no right or wrong way to walk a Labyrinth.
